  • How do they differ from other homes?

The process for this house began the same way as any other – design, engineering, permit, fixture and finish selections, construction.  The only difference was that, with the exception of the excavation and foundation,  all of the elements of this home were built off-site, trucked in, and set in place.

We call these homes blended – not because they are different, but because of the forward thinking involved in the process used in taking a custom design, implementing the engineering techniques involved in fitting it to the site and for transporting it,  and in making sure it can be delivered, manuevered, and set into place.
